Sampaio Ferraz steers Banco do Brasil to antitrust clearance

Sampaio Ferraz Advogados has helped Banco do Brasil to convince the country’s antitrust tribunal, CADE, that its acquisition of Nossa Caixa Nosso Banco did not amount to an improper concentration of the state of São Paulo banking market.
