Sacyr sells waste treatment company to Morgan Stanley

Cuatrecasas in Madrid, Santiago and Bogotá have helped Spanish infrastructure group Sacyr sell a waste treatment company to an infrastructure fund controlled by Morgan Stanley for €734 million (US$790 million), including the target’s operations in Chile and Colombia.
