SAAM buys out Boskalis in tugging venture

Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, Demarest Advogados and Basham, Ringe y Correa, SC have helped Chilean maritime logistics company SAAM acquire Dutch counterpart Boskalis’ stake in a joint venture for US$200 million.
