Rubio and DLA steer winning Lima metro bid
Peru’s Rubio Leguía Normand and the Chicago, New York and Milan offices of DLA Piper LLP have advised a consortium in its winning bid to build and operate Lima’s second metro line worth US$5.7 billion – the largest project ever awarded by the Peruvian government.
