Romero Pineda in US$100 million asset securitisation

Consortium Centro América Abogados - El Salvador advised the Fondo de Conservación Vial (FOVIAL), a governmental road construction and maintenance agency, in a US$100 million securitisation. The deal was first structured in May and the second stage closed in the first week of November.
