Rolim and Lacaz Martins lead pharma packaging M&A

Rolim, Godoi, Viotti & Leite Campos Advogados has advised a Brazilian subsidiary of pharmaceutical glass and plastic packaging giant Gerresheimer, in its acquisition of the entire share capital of a local competitor.
