Rodrigo Elías steers university loan in Peru

Rodrigo, Elías & Medrano Abogados has helped a syndicate of lenders grant a 193 million pesos (US$53 million) financing package to Peru’s Cesar Vallejo university, including a credit facility and a private bond placement.
