Rodrigo Elias secures financing for Maple

Rodrigo, Elias & Medrano Abogados and New York-based Vinson & Elkins LLP have helped Maple Energy secure an agreement through two Peruvian subsidiaries for a US$140 million debt financing. Harney Westwood & Riegels also advised Maple from its office in the British Virgin Islands.
