Rodrigo Elías, Miranda & Amado and Jones Day in solar financing

Rodrigo, Elías & Medrano Abogados and the Miami and Madrid offices of Jones Day have helped a Peruvian solar plant belonging to Spain’s Solarpack obtain a US$41.5 million financing package from US development funding agency, the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC).
