Rodrigo Elías helps dismiss ‘sham’ litigation claim before INDECOPI

Peru's Rodrigo, Elías & Medrano Abogados has helped rail concessionaire Ferrocarril Transandino (Fetransa) and operator PeruRail obtain a favourable ruling before the country's competition authority, INDECOPI, in a long-running dispute over the rail route between Cuzco and Machu Picchu.
