Rodrigo Elías closes rare collective bargaining agreement with port workers

Peru's Rodrigo, Elías & Medrano Abogados has helped two maritime workers associations close an agreement with the workers' union at the country's largest port - the first time a collective bargaining agreement of this scale has been agreed at a branch activity rather than enterprise level.
