Rodrigo Elías and Clifford Chance in Callao port refinancing

Dubai-based port operator DP World has retained regular Peruvian counsel Rodrigo, Elías & Medrano Abogados to refinance debt worth US$350 million arising from the construction of a new container terminal at Peru’s largest port.
