Roche and Recalcine turn to Chilean courts over competition between cancer drugs
Chile’s Carey and Albagli Zaliasnik have worked on two unfair competition and antitrust cases in which pharmaceutical companies Roche Laboratories and Laboratorio Recalcine have argued over their rights to commercialise similar biotechnological products aimed at treating Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, a form of cancer, and rheumatoid arthritis.
