Robles Miaja and Nader Hayaux in CKD fund issuance

Mexico’s Nader, Hayaux y Goebel has helped real estate and infrastructure private equity firm Artha Capital close its first structured securities or CKD fund worth 1.6 billion Mexican pesos (US$124 million).
