Robles Miaja and Cleary Gottlieb advise América Móvil in share offer

Robles Miaja Abogados and Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP are helping América Móvil, the pan-American telecoms company owned by Mexican billionaire Carlos Slim, to acquire the remaining 40 per cent of shares in Teléfonos de México (Telmex) which it does not own.
