Robles and Cleary steer América Móvil to European bond debut

Robles Miaja Abogados and Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP have advised América Móvil in its debut on the sterling and euro bond markets, raising US$3.1 billion - days after they helped the company acquire majority stakes in Telmex and Carso Global.
