Ritch, Shearman, Creel and Simpson Thacher on board for Prologis IPO

Creel, García-Cuéllar, Aiza y Enriquez SC and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in New York have helped real estate investment trust Prologis raise US$541 million in Mexico’s first initial public offering this year.
