Ritch and Robles lead Mexican work in Bimbo debt offering

Grupo Bimbo, one of the largest baked goods companies in the world, has retained US firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Mexico’s Ritch Mueller SC for its US$800 million bond issuance – rejigging the legal teams it used in its last international debt placement.
