Repsol-YPF sells 36 per cent of Trasandino pipeline to Alberta Energy

Marval, O’Farrel & Mairal is acting as legal counsel for Canada’s Alberta Energy Co (AEC) in the purchase of 36 per cent of the stake in the Trasandino Chile-Argentina crude oil pipeline held by Spanish-Argentine oil company Repsol-YPF.
