Repsol settles ICSID dispute with Argentina
Spain’s Repsol has agreed to accept US$5 billion in bonds from Argentina to compensate it for the nationalisation of oil and gas operator YPF, spelling the end of an ICSID claim in which it had sought over twice as much in damages.
