Repsol reaches tentative agreement with Argentina
The board of Spanish oil company Repsol has tentatively accepted what is thought to be a US$5 billion deal with Argentina over the nationalisation of its stake in YPF – potentially bringing an end to an ICSID case in which the company was claiming twice as much.
