Reduc sells power plant to Petrobras

Reduc Investimentos Ltda, a Brazilian company controlled by Argentina’s Maccri Group, has sold control of Termorio SA, a power plant under construction in Rio de Janeiro, to Petroleo Brasileiro SA - Petrobras. Petrobras now holds approximately 96 per cent of the total capital of Termorio.
