Rebaza Alcázar helps port authority secure PPP loan

Rebaza, Alcázar & De Las Casas Abogados Financieros has helped Peru's National Port Authority (APN) raise US$65 million from Banco de la Nación, in a deal that included a reworking of the trust agreement it set up with port operator DP World.
