Rebaza Alcázar advises in Tritón debt offering

Rebaza, Alcázar & De Las Casas Abogados Financieros has advised Kallpa Securities as arranger and placement agent in a debt offering by industrial equipment rental company Tritón Trading, the third such issuance under a new regulatory framework designed to increase the number of smaller companies raising debt in Peru.
