Real estate investor snaps up warehouse assets in Chile

Chile’s Barros & Errázuriz Abogados has helped local property investor Independencia Administradora General De Fondos increase its stake in local warehouse operator Bodenor Flexcenter in a US$167 million deal and obtain a loan to fund the purchase.
