Prumo and BP team up to develop Porto do Açu LNG facility

Debevoise & Plimpton LLP’s New York offices and Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr e Quiroga Advogados in Rio de Janeiro have helped logistics company Prumo agree a joint venture with British oil company BP for the construction of an LNG facility in the north of Rio de Janeiro state.
