Proposed Colombian telecoms bill ends in the Senate
A committee of Colombia’s Senate has rejected a proposed law that would have restricted companies from controlling more than 30 per cent of the country’s telecoms market – a bill that was aimed squarely at América Móvil’s dominant Claro phone service.
