Project Finance Summit: breaking PPP ground in Colombia

As Colombia embarks on the most ambitious infrastructure development programme in its history the government could look over the border and draw lessons from Peru’s success in developing innovative public private partnership structures over the last eight years, but according to panellists at Latin Lawyer’s Regional Project Finance Summit last week, Colombia’s previous experiences make this a difficult proposition.
