Private equity firms unite for Brazil energy M&A

Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr e Quiroga Advogados and Pinheiro Neto Advogados have helped private equity firms P2 Brasil and Vinci Capital Partners draw an end to their bidding war for two oil and gas service providers in Brazil and join forces to purchase the companies together.
