Private equity firm buys Ashland's water assets
The New York office of Debevoise & Plimpton LLP has helped private investment firm Clayton, Dubilier & Rice pay US$1.8 billion for the water technology arm of Ashland, a construction, chemical, and petroleum company which has assets in Latin America.
