Colombian firm prietocarrizosa has helped El Cóndor raise US$85 million in Colombia’s first IPO of 2012, which the construction company will use to finance work on Bogotá’s much delayed El Dorado airport expansion and fund highway construction projects on the country’s borders with Panama and Venezuela.
