Prietocarrizosa defends Nestlé trademark

Colombia’s Prietocarrizosa has helped Swiss food producer Nestlé protect the Milo trademark used to market its powdered chocolate malt beverage range after a rival Colombian company sought to register a similar product before the IP authorities.
