Posse Herrera settles six-year bus dispute

Posse, Herrera & Ruiz Abogados has helped a group of shareholders of Sidauto, Sidauto Masivo and Grupo Si - concessionaries of the Transmilenio public transport system in Colombia - settle a six-year dispute with competing stockholders.
