Poison pill blocks América Móvil’s KPN bid

América Móvil’s attempt to acquire KPN may have been thwarted by shareholders in the Dutch telecoms company, but one lawyer close to the deal says that a second attempt by Latin America’s largest wireless provider cannot be ruled out.
