Pinheiro Neto helps ING exit LatAm insurance market

Pinheiro Neto Advogados has helped Dutch bank ING sell its remaining US$235 million stake in Brazilian insurer SulAmérica, bringing to an end several years of divestment in the region triggered by the 2008 global financial crisis.
