Pinheiro Neto and T&K close water investment

Brazil's Tauil & Chequer, the local arm of Thompson & Knight LLP, has helped the national unemployment compensation fund, FGTS, invest 650 million reais (US$379 million) in construction group Odebrecht's water and waste treatment arm.
