Pinheiro Neto and Tauil & Chequer advise in highway debt issuance

Ecopistas, the Brazilian concessionaire responsible for the management and administration of highways connecting São Paulo with the Paraíba Valley, has sought counsel from Tauil & Chequer – affiliated with Mayer Brown LLP to close a debt issuance raising 370 million reais (US$217 million) in the Brazilian local market.
