Pinheiro Neto and Machado Meyer steer Multiplus IPO

US firm Mayer Brown LLP and Brazil's Machado, Meyer, Sendacz e Opice Advogados have helped Multiplus, which manages the mileage programme for Brazil's largest airline TAM Linhas Aeras, raise 724 million reais (US$393 million) in an initial public offering.
