Pinheiro Neto advises Keppel Fels Energy on US$465.6 million Power Purchase Agreement

Pinheiro Neto Advogados has advised Keppel Fels Energy Pte Ltd (the power arm of the Keppel Group) through its subsidiary Nordeste Generation Ltda on a power purchase agreement with Brazil’s emergency energy commercialisation body (Comercializadora Brasileira de Energia Emergencial - CBEE). The value of the deal, closed January 10 2002, was R$1.1 billion (approximately US$465.6 million).
