Pinheiro Neto advises Arcor in the acquisition of Nestlé brands

On September 14, Brazilian firm Pinheiro Neto Advogados assisted Arcor do Brasil Ltda, a leading confectionery maker which operates 31 plants in Latin America, in the acquisition of the business, brand and equipment related to the manufacture of two of the leading confectionery brands in Brazil, Kid’s and 7Belo.
