Philippi and Portaluppi in fishing companies merger

Chilean fishing company Pesquera Itata has relied on Philippi, Yrarrázaval, Pulido & Brunner in an M&A transaction that saw the fishmeal producer incorporate all of rival Pesquera El Golfo.
