Petrobras consortium signs oil exploration deal in Uruguay

Brazil's state-owned energy company Petrobras, Spain's Repsol YPF and Galp Energia in Portugal have signed a deal to explore offshore oil in Uruguay, bringing hope that the country may find oil reserves.
