Peruvian power financing steams ahead

Shearman & Sterling LLP and Peru's Forsyth y Arbe Abogados have helped Israeli-owned Kallpa Generación secure financing for a US$400 million thermoelectric power project in the Peruvian coastal town of Chilca, near Lima.
