Peruvian miner Minsur makes US$500 million debt offer

Peruvian mining company Minsur has relied on Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in New York and Rodrigo, Elías & Medrano Abogados in Lima to issue US$500 million worth of notes and make a concurrent tender offer.
