Peru’s Volcan makes debt issuance and tender offer

Shearman & Sterling LLP in New York and Peruvian firm Payet, Rey, Cauvi, Pérez Abogados have helped local mining company Volcan issue debt and launch a tender offer, with both transactions worth US$600 million.
