Peru’s Talara refinery secures financing for modernisation drive

Clifford Chance in Washington, DC and Peru’s Miranda & Amado Abogados have helped PetroPerú obtain a US$500 million credit agreement for the modernisation of its Talara crude oil refinery in a bid to comply with tighter environmental regulations and boost production.
