Peru's Copeinca makes 'rare' high-yield debt issue

Rebaza, Alcázar & De Las Casas Abogados Financieros and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP have helped Copeinca place bonds worth US$175 million on the international markets, the first such issue by a Peruvian fishing company.
