Peru challenges gas supplier cartel
Peru’s National Institute for the Defence of Competition and Intellectual Property Protection is investigating five distributors of liquefied petroleum gas for allegedly colluding to fix prices, as part of a cartel that may have affected 63 per cent of the domestic market.
