Peru and Chile gear up for next round of maritime dispute

Peru has added a former United Nations secretary general to the ad hoc committee advising on its maritime border dispute with Chile, as the International Court of Justice at The Hague gets ready to hear new jurisdictional arguments by Chile's lawyers.
