Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites, Arntsen & Martínez de Hoz helps supermarket secure international loan

On April 25, 2001, COTO Centro Integral de Comercialización SA, an Argentine supermarket chain, received a US$175 million syndicated loan from The Chase Manhattan Bank, Rabobank, Citibank, Banco Galicia, Credit Suisse First Boston, Banco Francés and Banco Nación Argentina.
